The United Kingdom has a lot of history. One of the historic things, there is the Stonehenge which was registered the world heritage site by UNESCO. I went to there in end of January with my friend. I was struck dumb with astonishment when I watched it the first time, because there were just stones!! However I was impressed by great the Stonehenge after watched it. These were build long years ago. People who arrived long years ago carried big stones. It is so amazing! I was surprised by an ancient civilization of England. Unfortunately, it was so cold and windy. I could not put my hands out of my pockets. :'(

Hi! Yeah, Stonehenge is an amazing place. I went down with a friend a few years ago and, thought disappointed we couldn't get near the megalith itself, the atmpshere was something to behold. Did you visit Avebury circle/village? Now THAT is an amazing place - so full of mystery and energy you can almost feel it.
